We're heading overseas, and you'll be going on the lease—this is a normal lease transfer with one big difference: you take on the stuff we leave behind—building materials, couple of sheds, furniture and even some plain old junk—and you take on the responsibility to undo the huge garden and house work if the landlord ever asks for that.

It's a risk and a responsibility, so we're throwing in a fridge, washing machine, king bed, wardrobe, dryer and other cool stuff. You're welcome.
